Hello and welcome — I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. I know how daunting it can feel to reach out for support, especially when life feels overwhelming or uncertain. Whatever has brought you to this point, you are not alone. I offer a calm, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions safely, without pressure or judgement.
I use a person-centred approach, drawing on both hypnotherapy and psychotherapy, to gently support you in working through the challenges you’re facing. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, or just feeling stuck, therapy can help you untangle what’s going on and begin to see things more clearly. Our work together will always move at your pace, with compassion and care at the centre.
Sessions are available in person, online or by phone — whatever feels most comfortable for you. My aim is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change in your life. However big or small things may feel right now, therapy can be the first step towards something lighter.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s completely normal to have questions. Here are some quick answers to help you understand how I work, what to expect, and how we can get started — in a way that feels right for you.
I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioural challenges, including anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, grief, relationship difficulties, sleep problems, habits, and more. If something’s affecting your wellbeing, I’m here to help you explore it.
Each session lasts 60 minutes and is shaped around you. We might talk things through, explore thought patterns, or use gentle hypnotherapy techniques — always at your pace and based on what feels right for you.
Yes, I offer a free 15-minute phone or Zoom call so you can ask any questions, get a feel for how I work, and decide if it’s the right fit — no pressure at all.
Each 60-minute session is £60. Sessions are paid in advance, and I kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for cancellations, or a 50% fee applies.
I offer therapy in person at my Burscough location, online via Zoom or similar, and by telephone. You’re free to choose the format that suits your lifestyle and comfort best.

I regularly work with clients from the surrounding areas, including:
Ormskirk, Maghull, Aughton, Skelmersdale, Formby, Parbold, Rufford, Rainford, Chorley, and Wigan, as well as across West Lancashire, Merseyside and Greater Manchester.
If you’re unable to travel or live further afield, I also offer therapy sessions online via Zoom or by telephone, so you can access support from wherever you are.
