How I Work

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all — and it shouldn’t be. I’m a qualified Hypnotherapist with additional training in psychotherapeutic techniques, which I use in a flexible, person-centred way to support each client individually.

This means our sessions are guided by you — your pace, your needs, and what feels helpful for where you are right now. Sometimes we’ll talk things through; other times we may use gentle hypnotherapy to explore deeper patterns or make positive changes. There’s no rigid structure — just a calm, supportive space where you can reflect, process, and begin to move forward.

Whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in old habits or simply in need of space to talk, I’m here to help you reconnect with yourself and explore what’s getting in the way of living more freely.

My work is grounded in person-centred values — meaning I will always see you as the expert in your own experience. I don’t offer advice or quick fixes, but instead help you develop your own insight, clarity, and tools for change.

Hypnotherapy can be a powerful part of that journey, helping access the unconscious mind where long-standing beliefs and patterns are held. You’ll always remain fully in control, and together we’ll decide if it’s something you’d like to include in your sessions.
