Therapy Sessions

£60 (1 hour)

Each session is tailored to you, offering a calm, supportive space to explore whatever you’re facing. Whether we work face-to-face, over the phone, or via Zoom, we’ll go at your pace using a mix of talking therapy and hypnotherapy where helpful.
